PRACTICE AREAS:
Mr. Churchman is located at our Austin office location. He was originally born in New York, but raised in Houston, Texas. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Waddell Wallace in Jacksonville, Florida, was a member of the Sports Lawyers Journal, and was a Co-Chair of the Tulane Baseball Arbitration Competition.
Previously, Mr. Churchman worked for multiple sports agencies in their legal department. He then found his true passion for advocating for injured clients and transitioned into personal injury law. Mr. Churchman represents clients involved in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and premises liability accidents.
When Mr. Churchman is not advocating on behalf of his clients, he is spending time with his fiancé, Olivia, and their dog Cassius Clay, watching his beloved New York Yankees and Texas Longhorns, or paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake.
